Product Manager

‍What you’ll be responsible for

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with marketing and sales teams
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

We are excited about you if:

• You have excellent written and communication skills
• You have 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS company
• You have 5+ years of overall work experience
• You have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• You are familiar with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques
• You have a solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, APIs and web technologies
• You have strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• You are very comfortable with project management tools, like Jira or Asana
• You express humility and seek input from others when needed.
• You're resilient, comfortable with change, and can adapt quickly.
• You enjoy a little bit of friendly competition and you're not afraid to be challenged and pushed out of your comfort zone.
• You share your thoughts openly and quickly and adapt your communication skills to work well with your team

It would be phenomenal if:

• You have prior experience in a B2B SaaS company
• You have an MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
